Family Photos at Greenwood Park in Des Moines

This Des Moines family session with twin two-year-olds was really fun (and the colors were so perfect)! When it comes to families with young kids, I love to let the kids lead the way. As a mom, I know we all want just one good photo of everyone smiling at the camera. But, when I reflect on my photos of my own children, it’s the unique things that they did at each stage that I look back on and never want to forget.

Their special little quirks become all the more special as time passes. I want nothing more than to be able to look back and remember those things about my own kids. That’s why its so important for me to capture more than just a smiling-at-the-camera perfect photo at family sessions.
