Happy Monday! Spring is definitely on the way, which means more beautiful sessions to share! I’m excited to be sharing Sarah and Brandon’s Squaw Creek Marion, Iowa engagement session with you today!
Sarah and Brandon were introduced by mutual friends almost TEN years ago! They hit it off immediately and have been inseparable ever since. Sarah laughed as she told me how she was telling her hairstylist (who did her hair for her session!) about this guy she was seeing. As she went on to describe him, her stylist made the connection that Brandon was her cousin! What a crazy small world we live in! Connections like that are always so cool to hear about!
Brandon knew she was the girl for him and proposed to Sarah a few years into their relationship. But, after struggling through some health battles, they’ve been waiting to set a wedding date. After some encouragement from their close friends, they decided NOW is the time!!
After being introduced, we quickly found out we have a little bit in common! Sarah and Brandon are getting married in May (just like we did!) and they also have two cute little kiddos!
2020 is definitely going to be their year! We took advantage of this warm (though windy) March weather for their engagement session. My favorite thing about their session was their obvious love for each other! These two are so sweet together! They’re planning their absolute DREAM wedding at Ashton Hill Farm in Cedar Rapids! I’m so excited to be part of such a beautiful day celebrating their steadfast relationship!
Sarah and Brandon, you amaze me with your devotion to each other through thick and thin. That’s definitely a quality that will keep your marriage strong! I’m counting down the days until we celebrate your wedding!!
